Mia Johnson

 is a licensed cosmetologist, located in the Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles, California. The love affair with hair began for her at the tender age of 12, when she began her braiding career. Wanting to become an industry professional, in 2013, she completed cosmetology training at Marinello Schools of Beauty. It was there that she developed a passion for haircutting. Eager to learn what it takes to succeed in this business, she began assisting. She has been afforded opportunities to work closely and learn from some of the industry’s best celebrity stylists'. When she's not styling on sets, she is behind her chair, establishing her personal success stories, one client at a time.

In Mia's opinion, the initials “MJ” are synonymous with greatness as a result of the legacies of those with the same initials leaving their mark on many industries.  To establish her place in the hair industry, Mia has claimed the moniker “Thee MJ of Hair”, and has taken a personal oath to become the greatest hairstylist she can be.
